To guarantee longterm success, a prompt service is indispensable. We do provide service features ourselves and directly, in some cases even free of charge. This is our guarantee to have a good reputation and subsequent success.

Our aim is, to develop low maintenanc products which need a minimum of care. However you will find service and care instructions for use and treatment of our instruments as pdf-file (in German) on the right side.

Our special service for you:

We willingly check all instruments, which originate from Blumentritt Medizintechnik. If necessary we straighten and sharpen your instruments and control the permeability. This special service is free of charge to you and gives you the assurance, to use a reliable and fully functional instrument. 

In case spare parts are actually needed, we will charge them according to your agreement.

A precise description of the defect will shorten the repair time.

We do offer an allround maintanance agreement, please contact us if you are interested.
